Fixed Assets

Land and location:

The project is located on a plot measuring 32,368 sq.mt. of land at Sheripara, Sherpur Sadar, Sherpur. The site is about 170 km away from Zero point, Gulistan, Dhaka. The land is adjacent to broad road. like water, power, gas, telephone, road communication etc.

Building and other civil works:

The main plant is on steel structured shed and Raw Materials & Finished Goods warehouse, generator room, guard room, sub-station & generator room, underground water reservoir, overhead tank and boundary wall etc.

 

Processing Material: Crude Rice Bran Oil

Recovery of Crude Oil:

  1.  Refined oil recovery 80%
  2.  Recovery of gums: (2-3) % as by product
  3.  Recovery of wax: (2-4) % as by product
  4.  Recovery of Fatty Acid (7-12) %, Depend on crude FFA, as by product.
  5.  System Loss: 1%
